The Opportunity
ViralHog is the industry leader in viral video licensing. We are seeking an elite Video Research & Acquisitions Contractor to act as an independent "Acquisitions Scout." This is a high-impact, autonomous 1099 partnership for a self-motivated professional who can spot videos online and negotiate rights to add to our world-class library.
The Scope of Services
As an independent partner, you are the CEO of your own desk. You will determine your own outreach strategies and schedule to achieve high-volume acquisition goals.
Strategic Sourcing: Independently identify and vet high-potential content across all social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, etc.
Contract Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end negotiation process to finalize licensing agreements with global creators.
Pipeline Management: Autonomously track leads and manage the onboarding lifecycle with minimal supervision.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent ViralHog with the highest standards of trust, speed, and professionalism.
Professional Requirements
Platform Mastery: Advanced knowledge of social media ecosystems, creator psychology, and trending algorithms.
The "Closer" DNA: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, talent scouting, or high-stakes negotiation.
Operational Independence: A self-motivated "hunter" who thrives in a results-oriented, performance-based environment.
Technical Proficiency: Fluency in Google Workspace and modern CRM/communication tools.
Partnership Terms & Compensation
1099 Status: This is a business-to-business contract. You will operate as an independent entity, providing your own equipment and managing your own tax and insurance obligations.
Uncapped Potential: This contract features a competitive commission-based structure. Your earning potential is directly tied to your acquisition volume and the commercial success of the content you secure on a 24-month commission-eligible basis.
Ultimate Flexibility: There are no set hours. You have the total autonomy to work when and how you are most effective - 10 videos minimum per month, closings.
