Can I place a recall on my previously submitted royalty payment sent via ACH, eCheck or Wire Transfer?
Recalls are a best-effort attempt and never guarantee a return of the funds. Please reach out to ViralHog's Accounting team by emailing
[email protected] to request a recall on your previously submitted royalty payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Per the National Automated Clearinghouse Association (NACHA), ACH recalls have a time-sensitive window of 5 business days post the payment submission date. If you're requesting a recall outside the 5-business-day window, we can't place a recall on the previously submitted royalty payment.
