Info from Licensor: "This happened in Houston Texas on I-45 Northbound near Cypresswood. On Saturday 23 August 2025. I don’t know what prompted the guys doing the push ups as everyone remained in their vehicles. But as soon the cops showed up they quickly entered their vehicle. We sat there for almost 15 minutes at the point the video was made. Once the cops arrived and let us start moving again, there was a car in the trees that looked like it had rolled a few times."
