Info from Licensor: "I was walking down some stairs, down to the water, and on my left side is a baby otter. I ask a lady behind me what to do, and I called marine wildlife rescue. They then led us to another phone number to reach out to a local rescue team. The other lady whose name was Lindsey, sent in all the photos and videos, as I was on the phone with marine wildlife getting the local rescue number."
