Info from Licensor: "I was at work driving around when I passed by this home in Colorado Springs and it freaked me out. I got out and asked for permission to record. I thought it was a huge animatronic figure even while recording the video. I was driving off and turned around one last time and realized its head had turned towards me. I got out again and recorded another video that I posted and it went viral. Credit: MzIncredible"
