In the video, the author is driving near the Neyagawa Minami Toll Gate on the Daini-Keihan when a stepladder suddenly falls from the vehicle ahead. The ladder is flung backward by the wind and strikes the author’s windshield with force, shattering the glass and forcing them to stop."
