Police Chase Motorcycles Around 96th Street Station

Info from Licensor: "This was a video as soon as I took when I got off the subway at the 96th St., Subway station. It was a couple of guys on motorbikes and four wheelers going around the subway station in circles in the police chasing them everyone stopped and watched, including traffic. We also saw one of the guys run and get on a getaway bike so it just felt like a movie and I recorded it."
