On October 9, 2025, in Shanghai, China, the video captured the shocking moment when Mr. Peng, who was driving his car, suddenly saw a yellow weasel crawl out from under the hood. The small creature appeared without warning, poking its head out as the car was moving. About a minute later, the animal slipped back into the engine compartment. Startled by the incident, Mr. Peng immediately drove to a nearby repair shop to have his car checked. When the mechanic opened the hood, they were astonished to find the weasel lying quietly on top of the car’s refrigerator unit inside the engine bay. The video ended with the weasel comfortably sprawled across the engine, as if it had claimed the car as its new home."
