Info from Licensor: "Hi, Kiana Evans, 21 years old female, was out doing laundry and decided to sit outside and read a book on my phone and I look up and this guy is standing to the right of me almost touching my arm, almost touching my head. He then proceeds to look down at my thighs in an uncomfortable manner, and I told him to back up and he proceeded to tell me no and acted like he didn’t understand me when I told him no not to be in my space so after telling him no three times I decided to record me defending myself."
