Info from Licensor: "On February 19, 2026, in Xinjiang, located in northwestern China, surveillance footage recorded a French bulldog suddenly collapsing while eating. The dog tilted to one side, fell to the ground, and began kicking its legs in visible distress. A woman nearby noticed something was wrong and rushed over, realizing the dog was choking on food. She appeared unsure how to respond as the dog struggled. A man then stepped in and performed the Heimlich maneuver. He lifted the dog and shook it firmly several times to dislodge the blockage. Moments later, the obstruction was cleared and the dog recovered."
