Info from Licensor: "Wally loves playing in the water and often has a unique way of drinking (he can drink normally too). Note: Winnie and Wally were both born with congenital limb deformities. Both boys have prosthetics (we call Winnie’s his nub cover) and wheelchairs. Winnie wears his nub cover all day. Wally prefers to just be as he is most of the time.
