Info from Licensor: "I was on my e-bike on the way home when I came to a intersection where The street lights where down when a SUV blew past the light striking another vehicle that was crossing the intersection I checked on the driver which wasn’t seriously hurt just dizzy and confused the other car kept going for 0.3 miles until it gave up due to the collision.
