Info from Licensor: "I was riding my bike and saw a bag of trash lying around. As I turned around to park on the other side of the road, I noticed the bag was moving. I went closer and saw that a bird had gotten tangled in a plastic disposable cap. I helped it out, and luckily no one ran over it because it was lying on the roadway. Credit: @monita_travelholic"
